Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all cables, tools, and filament samples provided in the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Flashforge

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
